Take the US-90 exit (Scenic HWY), Exit 17, Turn Right onto Scenic Hwy. Go 4.1 miles then turn right onto Summit Blvd. Go 2.4 miles then turn left onto 12th Ave. Immediately turn right into the 12th Avenue. Suite 21 will be on your right side.
From Gulf Breeze
After crossing the three mile bride, turn right onto 17th Ave. Go 0.5 miles and turn right onto Cervantes St. Go 0.7 miles and turn left at the light on Perry Ave. Go 0.4 miles and continue to turn slight right onto Bayou Blvd. Go 3.1 Miles and the entrance to Madison Park will be immediately on your right after you cross 12th Ave. Suite 21 will be towards the end on the left.
From Downtown Pensacola
Turn right onto Cervantes St. from Palafox. Go 0.6 miles and turn left onto N 9th Ave. Go 3.5 miles and turn right onto Bayou Blvd. Go 0.7 miles and turn left into Madison Park immediately before the light at 12th Avenue. Suite 21 is towards the end on the left.
What are your hours?The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The last scheduled appointment of the day is 4:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends. How long and how often are the counseling sessions?Counseling sessions are normally scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending upon the nature of the concern. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Is what I say in Counseling Confidential?Regan Hager LMHC follows the professional, legal and ethical guidelines of the American Psychological Association and the state of Florida. This means that information about your counseling sessions is not shared with anyone without your expressed written permission. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, however. If there is the possibility of harm to the client or another person, or in cases of child or elder abuse, Regan Hager LMHC is mandated to report certain information to the appropriate authorities. Please ask your therapist for more information about confidentiality.
What are your session fees?
Fees are $110 per 50 minute session. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit cards. If you have mental health coverage, I can provide the documentation needed so that you can submit a claim to your insurance company, if applicable
What is your cancellation policy?
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and that appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. This affords the opportunity to reschedule the time block should a scheduling conflict arise. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be billed a full session fee ($110). All other cancellations withing the 48 hours prior to a scheduled session will be assessed a $35 fee.
